Back from home stays

The day started when the participants were driven by their host families to the YMCA in Beit Sahour. Participants spent the night with families, chatted with them, and had dinner and breakfast with them.

Refugee camp

As all participants arrived, bus moved the Aida Refugee camp in Bethlehem, where they had a short presentation about the refugees' life and difficulties of living inside the camp. Followed, was a tour inside the camp, where they saw the small side by side buildings, wall surrounding the camp, met and talked to refugees.

Next, the group moved to Badil Center where they listened to a presentation on the Palestinian refugees' issue, right of return, statistics, and related topics.

Jericho

After lunch at the YMCA cafeteria, the group moved to the Dead Sea in Jericho for swimming and relaxation, international and local youth participants. When got there, the Israeli forces at the beach road block refused to allow Palestinian participants in, while allowed the international ones. However, the internationals preferred to stay with the local youth, as they believe this is the aim of the Journey for Justice.
The whole group moved to the city in Jericho, to a swimming resort, where they swam and enjoyed time together.
