A 6-days program for 19 Danish Churches' members with the JAI
From the 17th to the 22nd of October 2016, the JAI has coordinated and arranged a trip in Palestine for a group of 19 church members from various congregations in Denmark.
Their trip included visits on their own to Jericho and Tel-Aviv, guided tours with the JAI in Jerusalem, Hebron and Bethlehem. This is beside meeting with Palestinian congregation members in Beit Sahour and visiting their church and some families. Their program also included helping Palestinian farmers pick their olive fruits at their threatened field in the town of Beit Jala, west of Bethlehem.
The participants reflected with the great understanding they got, from what they have witnessed and experienced, and how they would spread out the word at their congregations, friends and communities.
