A 2-day training program, on the 22nd and 24th of August 2019, was organized for 8 Palestinian youth ex-prisoners at the Israeli jails, from the Nablus area.
It tackled enhancing identity and citizenship, civic and political engagements and democracy, international law, UN resolutions, especially the ones related to youth and Palestine, the history of the middle east colonization and Israeli occupation.
The techniques of rols playing, mapping, and story telling were used. Trainees discussed and agreed to organize youth initiatives related to their rights and international law, including relsolutions 1325 and 2250.
